AMARILLO, TX—MAY 5, 2020—Payments for Bank of America Racing Challenge regional races are due in May.

These nomination or sustaining payments will keep a horse eligible to compete in regional races. Winners of regional races are eligible to compete at the end-of-year Bank of America Challenge Championships at The Downs at Albuquerque on October 24.

Trial and race dates are tentative due to COVID-19 related uncertainty and may be adjusted.

$400 Nomination payments are due May 15 for:

  • $40,000-added Bank of America Los Alamitos Championship Challenge (G3) – Los Alamitos, Cypress, California.
    Trial dates are July 18, with the final August 8.
  • $20,000-added AQHA Distance Evergreen Challenge – Evergreen Park, Grande Prairie, Alberta.
    Trial dates are July 11, with the final July 25.
  • $50,000-added AQHA Distance Albuquerque Challenge (G2) – The Downs at Albuquerque, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
    Trial dates are July 19, with the final August 2.
  • $20,000-added ARC Distaff Evergreen Challenge - Evergreen Park, Grande Prairie, Alberta.
    Trial dates are July 11, with the final July 25.

$800 Sustaining payments or $2,500 late payments are due May 15 for:

  • $45,000-added Bank of America Canterbury Championship Challenge (G3) - Canterbury Park, Shakopee, Minnesota.
    Trial dates are June 19, with the final July 5.
  • $40,000-added Bank of America Sandy Championship Challenge – Sandy Downs, Rigby, Idaho.
    Trial and final dates are still being rescheduled
  • $27,500-added ARC Distaff Canterbury Challenge – Shakopee, Minnesota.
    Trial dates are June 19, with the final July 5.
  • $22,500-added AQHA Distance Canterbury Challenge – Shakopee, Minnesota.
    Trial dates are June 18, with the final July 5.
