LA MESA, NM—NOVEMBER 28, 2017—Multiple stakes winner and Grade 1-placed Streakin Zoomer SI 105 has been retired from racing and will stand the 2018 season at Armstrong Equine Services near La Mesa, New Mexico. His fee has been set at $1,000 with considerations.

Owned by Alejandro Azabala, Jr. MD, Streakin Zoomer won or placed in 20 races and earned $153,002. He won the Downs at Albuquerque Distance Challenge, Q Racing Video Distance Challenge and North Dakota Horse Park Bonus Challenge.

He was second in the Sunland Championship Challenge(G2) and third in the AQHA Distance Challenge Championship(G1).

Streakin Zoomer was also a finalist in the Paul's Valley Handicap(G3), King Rick Rack Stakes-twice, Herman Jefferson Stakes, Covered Bridges Stakes and Great Lakes Stakes.

His sire Shazoom SI 102 is the sire of 71 stakes winners, 2 champions and earners of more than $24.4 million including Champion Shining Sky SI 102 ($494,009), Champion Let Her Zoom SI 103 ($309,167), Grade 1 winner Bon Accord SI 105 ($821,370), Grade 1 winner and sire Azoom SI 107 ($738,146), Grade 1 winner Mr Queen Mystery SI 101 ($599,381), etc.

Also, a "sire of sires", Shazoom is the paternal grandsire of 2016 Champion of Champions(G1) winner and Champion 3-Year-Old Gelding Zoomin For Spuds SI 107 (9 wins to 4, 2017 $455,073), Multiple Grade 1 winner Zoomin Effortlessly SI 112 (16 wins, $875,675), Rainbow Futurity(G1) winner Zoomin With Ease SI 103 ($388,299), etc.

Streakin Zoomer is out of the multiple stakes producing Streakin La Jolla mare A Streakin Mate SI 91, dam of 9 ROM, 6 winners including Los Alamitos Winter Championship(G1) winner A Stoli Mate SI 103 (8 wins, $431,263), multiple stakes winner and G1-placed Streakin Zoomer SI 105 (see above), stakes-placed Carters Playmate SI 101 ($38,217), etc.

The second dam Louisiana Mate SI 90, by Louisiana Slew (TB), produced only two foals and is a sister to Ed Burke Million Futurity(G1) finalist Slews Playboy SI 102 ($40,482), etc.
