Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity Runner-up Fine Oak Corona to Mountain State Equine

RUIDOSO DOWNS, NM—DECEMBER 2, 2019—Fine Oak Corona SI 99, a grade 1 placed earner of $227,066, will stand his second season at Mountain State Equine near Hobbs, New Mexico. His fee will remain $1,500 with consideration for multiples and stakes mares.

Owned by Jose E. Sanchez, Fine Oak Corona won or placed in eight races to 5. He qualified for the Grade 2 West Texas Futurity in his first career start and was second in the Grade 1 $750,000 Ruidoso Futurity at 2, behind eventual millionaire First Valiant Sign.
