Grade 1 Winner Dance The Dust Off Heads Saturday's $34,595 AQHA Distance Challenge at Wyoming Downs

EVANSTON, WY–JUNE 27, 2024–Grade 1 winner Dance The Dust Off will head a field of seven hopefuls in Saturday's $34,595 AQHA Distance Challenge at Wyoming Downs.

The winner will earn a starting spot in Grade 1 at $ 100,000-est. Cox Ranch Distance Challenge Championship at Albuquerque Downs this fall.

Starting off a 5-1/2 length allowance win at Wyoming Downs on June 15, Dance The Dust Off has been installed as the 2-1 morning-line favorite in Saturday's 870-yard 9th race.  Estimated post time is 4:25 p.m. (MDT).

Trainer Tori Hadley will saddle the 8-year-old son of Coronas Blackdiamond for owner Jewell Ramirez. Bred in New Mexico by Sarah Donaldson Rioux, Dance The Dust Off has won 13 of 30 lifetime starts and banked $191,603.

Out of the Ghazi (TB) mare Magic Yard (TB), Dace The Dust Off won the Grade 1 AQHA Distance Challenge Championship at Horseshoe Indianapolis in 2022.
