Multiple Stakes Winning Son of Leading Sire Favorite Cartel To Haddad Ranch For 2025

SEGUIN, TX–SEPTEMBER 11, 2024–Politiko SI 105, a multiple stakes winning son of leading sire Favorite Cartel, will begin his stallion career in 2025 at Haddad Ranch in Seguin, Texas. 

His fee has been set at $2,500, with consideration to sakes winners and stakes producing mares. He is owned by the partnership of J. Haddad, J. Haddad, Ruse Ranch, A. Terrazas, and AA Farms.

Bred in Texas by AQHA Racing Champion Breeder Bobby D. Cox, Politiko is a $90,000 graduate of the 2022 Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale. He has won or placed in 11 of 15 career starts, with wins in the Los Alamitos Two Million Juvenile and the Ah Sign Handicap at Los Alamitos Race Course.

An earner of nearly $150,000, he was also third in the Bob Moore Memorial(G2) and a finalist in the Rainbow Derby(G1), Heritage Place Derby(G2), and All American Invitational.

Politiko's sire, Favorite Cartel, is currently the #1 Leading QH Sire of Money Earners and the #1 Leading QH Sire of 2-year-old Money earners in North America. He has sired 15 stakes winners of over $7 million this season, including Hezgothelook  ($2,358,300), the second horse in history to win the Ruidoso Triple Crown.
