GAINESVILLE, TX–FEBRUARY 8, 2025–Snow Ranch, LLC announced today that their stakes sire, Too Toughtocatch, 21, has been pensioned and will enjoy the remainder of his life at the ranch in Gainesville, Texas.

"He's too old to do it anymore and deserves to live his life out," Shane Snow said.

The stakes-winning son of #3 All-time Leading Sire of Money Earners Corona Cartel won or placed in 10 of 15 career starts and earned $152,124. He won the Easy Jet Stakes and was second in the Speedhorse Gold and Silver Cup Futurity [R] (G1), third in the Oklahoma Derby(G3), and was a finalist in the Heritage Place Derby(G2).

From limited starters in 15 crops to reach racing age, Too Toughtocatch has sired 34 winners, 1 stakes winner, and earners of more than $1 million with average earnings of $14,700.
