Medication violation record updates have been made in Equibase for three stakes races held in Texas.

DALLAS, TX—NOVEMBER 29, 2023—A recent ruling filed by the Texas Racing Commission for 2023 Stakes races that required a disqualification due to a medication positive.

KK BLUE WAGON has been disqualified from 1st place in the Hill Country Classic Stakes race held on July 2, 2023, due to a medication violation for Albuterol, a Class 3/A substance.  Alvin Francis Jr. was the trainer.

The official order of finish for the Hill Country Classic Stakes is now 1-Ray Donovan, 2-Apalole, 3-Kick Out The Jams, 4-Gone Grand, 5-Gold Coast Flyer, 6-Kk Blue Wagon.

CHILITAS has been disqualified from 9th place in the TQHA Sale Futurity(RG1) race held on August 5, 2023, due to a medication violation for Albuterol, a Class 3/A substance.  Alvin Francis Jr. was the trainer.

Jess Tempting You has been moved to ninth place in the TQHA Sale Futurity(RG1).

GRAND HERCULES has been disqualified from 7th place in the TQHA Sires Cup Futurity(RG2) race held on August 19, 2023, due to a medication violation for Albuterol, a Class 3/A substance.  Alvin Francis Jr. was the trainer.

Completing the official order of finish for the TQHA Sires Cup Futurity(RG2) is 7-Muddy Hits The Mark, 8-Fire Hot V, 9-Jmg One Hott Eagle and 10-Grand Hercules.
