StallioneSearch.com continues its webcast coverage of the All American Weekend from Ruidoso Downs, featuring a recap of the top sellers from the second session of the 2026 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale.
In this episode, StallioneSearch highlights the top three-selling yearlings from the second session, led by Hip 350 Norris, who brought a final bid of $800,000. The impressive price moved Norris to the top of the sale leaderboard through the opening two sessions.
High-dollar yearlings continued to draw significant interest throughout the evening, with three offerings reaching the $500,000 mark or higher. Hip 300 Favorite Fly Boy was the session’s second-highest seller at $600,000, followed by Hip 283 Big Time Boss Man at $500,000.
Through the first two sessions, 302 yearlings sold for a combined $21,815,000, averaging $72,235 with a $43,500 median. The average is 2.3% ahead of the comparable point in 2025, while the median has climbed 6.1%.
Those figures represent continued strength in the Ruidoso Select marketplace despite fewer yearlings being offered during the second session compared with the previous year.
