KENNEWICK, WA—MAY 1, 2015—Hayden Brothers Ranch’s Tickle Ur Fancy, a brown daughter of the Grade 1-placed Mr Jess Perry stallion Dominyun, is the 2-1 morning-line favorite for Sunday’s 300-yard, $30,000 Pot O’ Gold Futurity at Sun Downs.
Making her debut in the last of four trials on April 19, Tickle Ur Fancy scored a three-quarter length victory and recorded the fastest qualifying time. The filly drew post 5 and will be ridden by Jake Samuels for trainer Hector Magallanes.
Second-fastest qualifier EZ Feisty Patriot, a homebred Game Patriot filly racing for Gary Chumbley from the barn of trainer Scott Raley, broke her maiden with a neck win in the first trial. Robert Burney has been named to ride EZ Feisty Patriot from post 3.
