FARMINGTON, NM—APRIL 24, 2018—A total of 34 state-bred 2-year-olds has been entered in Friday’s 350-yard New Mexico Breeders’ Futurity (RG3) trials at SunRay Park.

Hs Paul Walker, a gray son of Osbaldo owned by Fernando Solis Grajeda, is coming off of a ninth-place finish, 3 3/4 lengths behind winner Zee James, in the 300-yard, $396,000 New Mexican Spring Futurity (RG2) at Sunland Park on April 7. Trained by Emilio Cadena Jr., the colt has earned $11,726 from three outs.

Hs Paul Walker drew post 6 and will be ridden by Esgar Ramirez in the first of four trials.

The 10 fastest qualifiers will meet in the $110,000-est. New Mexico Breeders’ Futurity final on May 13.
