PHOENIX, AZ—OCTOBER 26, 2018—Steve Berry’s Showmethedoe, a homebred son of No Secrets Here and the fastest qualifier, is one of nine juveniles entered back in Sunday’s 350-yard, $42,180 AQRA President’s Open Fall Futurity at Turf Paradise.

Trained by Rigoberto Guillen, Showmethedoe made his local debut with a 1 1/4-length victory in the first of three trials on October 14. The gelding has earned $21,859 from eight starts, and his resume includes a second-place finish, a half of a length behind winner One Dashing Dream, in the 350-yard, $33,000 Utah Bred Futurity (R) at Wyoming Downs on July 21.

Showmethedoe drew the rail post and will be ridden by Joseph Belloc Jr.

Also on Sunday, Redneck Woman, a stakes-placed homebred Texas Icon filly owned by Ralph and Carolyn Fales, drew the rail post for the 350-yard, $16,007 AQRA Futurity (R) for Arizona-bred 2-year-olds. Redneck Woman is trained by Matt Fales, and the filly’s record includes a second-place finish in the April 29, 300-yard Desert Classic Futurity at Turf Paradise. Redneck Woman drew the rail post and will be ridden by J. Martin Bourdieu.
