GRAND PRARIE, TX—OCTOBER 20, 2017—Join us on Saturday, October 28, as we celebrate Halloween in a big way! Lone Star Park invites fans to wear their costumes to the races. We will have candy stations around the park handing out sweet treats for the kids.

Even the horses are participating! Gates Open at 5:30 p.m. First race post time is 6:35 p.m.

The pony horses, or escorts for the race horses on the track, will be decked out in their scary best because we are giving a prize to the best decorated one that night!

We have also designated race 4 the “Spooky Sprint” in which the horses in that race will be decorated in costume for extra prize money! Approximate post time for the Spooky Sprint is 7:58 p.m.

The park will be decorated for Halloween with jack-o-lanterns. There will also be a fun surprise for fans to witness on the racetrack in-between races.

There will be lots of fun for the entire family you won’t want to miss!
