The 2025 Heritage Place Yearling Sale Consignment Entry Form Deadline is June 10, 2025.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–MARCH 31, 2025–Heritage Place Sale Company has released the consignment form for the 47th Annual Heritage Place Yearling Sale, which will be held September 18, 19 & 20, 2025.

The consignment deadline is June 10. The consignment fee is $650 if your entry is received by June 10, 2025. If your entry is received after June 10, 2025, the fee will be $750.

Please complete one form for each animal you wish to consign.

Make sure to sign the third page of the contract before submitting it. Entries submitted without a signed contract will not be accepted.

Be sure to fill out all required information. Additional forms can be downloaded from www.heritageplace.com.

Each entry form must include the horse's original registration certificate. If the horse has not yet registered, please include a copy of the registration application with the entry form. Horses that have not applied for registration will not be accepted.
