EDMOND, OK—JANUARY 24, 2026— The Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association (OQHRA) will host its annual Hall of Fame and Awards Banquet on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

The evening will honor the 2026 OQHRA Hall of Fame Inductees, alongside the 2025 OQHRA Racing Champions, as well as the American Quarter Horse Association Regional Awards, American Paint Horse Association Racing, Appaloosa Horse Club Racing, and the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission Oklahoma Bred Year End Awards.

OQHRA Racing Champion awards are determined strictly by earnings and races won, using official racing data provided by American Quarter Horse Association and Equibase. There is no committee selection or voting process, these honors reflect on track performance and measurable achievement throughout the season.

The banquet is a chance for the Oklahoma racing community to come together in one room to celebrate last year’s successes, reconnect with friends, and start looking ahead to a new year of racing. It is a night built around shared memories, well earned accomplishments, and excitement for what is still to come.
