Lone Star Park has released the nomination forms for the 2026 Grade 2 Dash for Cash Futurity and Dash for Cash Derby, with the first sustaining payment due Wednesday, June 17.

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX–MAY 15, 2026– Lone Star Park has released the nomination forms for the 2026 Grade 2 Dash for Cash Futurity and Dash for Cash Derby, with the first sustaining payment due Wednesday, June 17.

The historic Dash for Cash Futurity, now in its 28th running, is scheduled to offer an estimated $425,000 purse with $75,000 added for foals of 2024 competing at 400 yards. Trial races are set for Saturday, September 19, with the finals to be contested Saturday, October 10.

The Grade 2 Dash for Cash Derby, also celebrating its 28th renewal, will feature an estimated $150,000 purse with $50,000 added for foals of 2023 racing 440 yards. Derby trials are scheduled for Friday, September 18, followed by the finals on Saturday, October 10.

Both races require an initial $300 nomination payment due June 17, followed by sustaining payments of $400 due July 15 and $500 due August 15. Trial entry fees are listed at $1,200. Supplemental nomination options are also available.

Lone Star Park’s 2026 Quarter Horse meet is scheduled to begin September 11 and continue through November 21. Horsemen can access the nomination forms and additional racing information through the Horsemen’s Information section of the track website.
