Heritage Place Futurity-G1 Winner San Lencho To Stand at Louisiana Center For Equine Reproduction

OPELOUSAS, LA–NOVEMBER 8, 2024–San Lencho SI 99, a Grade 1 winning son of leading sire Apollitical Jess, will begin his stallion career in 2025 at Louisiana Center For Equine Reproduction (LACER) in Opelousas, Louisiana.  His fee has been set at $3,800, with considerations.

San Lencho won or placed in eight of 10 career starts and won the Grade 1 $1,207,640 Heritage Place Futurity(G1) at Remington Park. Also fourth in the Texas Classic Futurity(G1) and a finalist in the Ruidoso QH Derby(G1), he earned $652,853.

San Lencho's sire is the world champion Apollitical Jess SI 107 ($1,399,831, Los Alamitos Super Derby-G1-ntr, 400 yards in 0:19.133, etc.). Apollitical Jess has sired 11 crops to race, 144 stakes winners, 13 champions, 759 winners, and earning over $72.6 million.
