ELWOOD, UT—NOVEMBER 5, 2025—J R Stables has announced that Jr Dynasty Mountain SI 114, a multiple graded stakes–siring son of leading sire FDD Dynasty, will stand the 2026 breeding season at Elwood Equine in Elwood, Utah.
The 2010 stallion, bred and owned by J R Stables, is by five-time world champion sire FDD Dynasty and out of Prissy B Panther by Panther Mountain. Known for his speed, soundness, and consistency, Jr Dynasty Mountain has established himself as one of the most productive stallions in the Intermountain region, siring numerous graded and regional stakes winners from limited crops.
On the racetrack, Jr Dynasty Mountain compiled a record of 13 starts with seven wins, two seconds, and one third, earning $190,336. His victories include the AQHA Derby Challenge Championship (G2) and the Les Bois Derby Challenge, with additional runner-up and finalist finishes in the PCQHRA Breeders’ Futurity (G2), Les Bois Championship Challenge, and a finalist in the Blane Schvaneveldt Handicap. His combination of class, speed, and durability has been successfully passed on to his offspring.
From nine crops to race, he has sired 91 winners, 27 of which are black type (21%), earners of $2.1 million, with an average earnings per starter of over $16,500.
Among his top performers are JKH Almost A Dynasty SI 106 ($126,876), Classic Dynasty Dash SI 109 ($125,712), UD Goldenboy SI 124 ($125,403), Mias Irish Dynasty SI 109 ($115,627), Boondarbian SI 98 ($109,154), and Fire of the Mountain SI 111 ($98,579), along with several other multiple stakes winners and high earners across the western racing circuit.
His progeny have proven competitive from futurity and derby levels through aged stakes company, cementing his reputation as a consistent sire of winners.
For the 2025 breeding season, Jr Dynasty Mountain will stand for a fee of $1,500, with cooled semen available and consideration given to approved mares. He is also eligible for both the Beehive and Bitterroot programs.
