NORMAN, OK–JANURARY 16, 2026– FDD Dynasty extended his World Champion siring legacy with a sixth title in the past nine years. Siring a world champion is something many stallions never accomplish, but siring six in a nine-year span is the kind of feat that belongs in the history books.
His name couldn’t be more fitting. FDD Dynasty was tied with his own grandsire, Dash For Cash, as the only stallions in history to sire five World Champions and his sire First Down Dash was the next in line with four.
Dash For Cash’s five world champion titles include Cash Rate, Dash For Speed, Dashingly, Dash’s Dream, and First Down Dash, whose four titles include Down With Debt, Dashing Folly, A Ransom, and Wave Carver.
Dash For Cash sired his world champion runners in eight years, 1983 through 1990, while First Down Dash sired his four throughout 13 years, from 1994 to 2006.
FDD Dynasty now stands alone with six after FDD Dreams claimed the 2025 World Champion title.
Now with his 16th crop racing, FDD Dynasty has sired more than $41 million in earnings, 214 black-type horses (20%), and 720 winners.
His other World Champion titleholders include Danjer SI 120 ($2,499,432), who earned the honor in 2021 and 2023, Jessies First Down SI 112 ($1,599,502), who captured the title in 2016 and 2017, and Asscher SI 98 ($489,674), who claimed the title in 2024.
FDD Dreams, the horse who pushed FDD Dynasty into the record books, delivered one of the most memorable three-year-old seasons in recent history for owner La Feliz Montana Ranch, which earned the 2025 Champion Owner title.
He became the first horse in more than 35 years to complete the coveted All American Derby–Champion of Champions double. The bay gelding was named World Champion, Champion 3-Year-Old, and Champion 3-Year-Old Gelding following his dominant 2025 campaign.
FDD Dreams posted five wins from eight starts during the season, banking $1,281,034, and capped his year with a dramatic victory in the $700,000 Champion of Champions (G1) at Los Alamitos. Stopping the clock in 21.403 seconds for a 101 speed index, he prevailed by a nose over a stacked field of Grade 1 winners, earning $350,000 and pushing his career bankroll past the $2 million mark.
Homebred by Feliz Montana Ranch LLC, FDD Dreams added the Champion of Champions triumph to earlier Grade 1 wins in the All American Derby and the Ruidoso Derby, marking his third top-level score of the season. He also finished as a finalist in the Los Alamitos Super Derby (G1) prior to his Champion of Champions performance.
He was trained by Xavier E. Rodriguez and ridden by Luis Martinez, who earned the 2025 Champion Trainer and Champion Jockey awards, respectively.
FDD Dreams has finished on the board in 15 of 17 career starts. He is the nation’s leading three-year-old money earner of 2025 and ranks #2 overall behind only All American Futurity winner King Of The Tide.
FDD Dynasty didn’t just add another trophy to a résumé—he separated himself from every stallion of his era. That separation is what makes the moment so historic. His sire, First Down Dash, reached five World Champion titles over a 17-year span, but FDD Dynasty matched that mark in roughly half the time and now stands alone with six in just nine years.
In a sport where greatness is usually measured across decades, he’s compressing history—and with more crops still to come, the record book may not be finished with him yet.
