RUIDOSO DOWNS, NM—OCTOBER 30, 2017—Sierra Blanca Equine announced today they have added four new stallions to their roster for the 2018 season.
The proven sire Jumpn Chic along with first year stallions Maxximuss, Ice On Fire V and Caballo Bonito (TB) will join Winners Version, Tres Seis Nueve, Moon Dynasty and Monterey Jazz (TB).
Multiple stakes sire Jumpn Chic will stand the 2018 season at the New Mexico stallion farm for a fee of $1,500, however breeders can take advantage of a January 1st payment in full for $1,250.
From a limited number of starters in eight crops to race, the son of leading sire Chicks Beduino has sired 60 winners, 15 stakes horses (13%), earners of more than $2 million and average earnings per starter of $18,300.

At the track, Jumpn Chic won or placed in 15 of 22 career starts and earned $161,420. He was second in the Grade 1 El Primero Del Ano Derby and Farnam Stakes and third in the Los Alamitos Juvenile Invitational and Sophomore Handicap. He also was a finalist in three other Grade 1 races, the Golden State Million Futurity, Governor's Cup Futurity and Los Alamitos Winter Championship.

The second dam is the champion filly and champion producer Jumping Tac Flash SI 106 ($147,065) by Tolltac, a sister to champion and multiple stakes sire Splash Back SI 93 ($135,505). Jumpin Tac Flash is the dam of 14 ROM, 11 winners, 6 stakes horses including Champion and multiple stakes sire Carters Cartel SI 103 ($659,146), Grade 1 winner and multiple stakes sire Tac It Like A Man SI 98 see above), and stakes winner Flash First SI 105 (see above), stakes winner Imjumpn (see above), G1-placed A Tac First SI 997 ($88,793), and stakes-placed Tac Off SI 98.
The royally-bred Maxximuss will begin his stallion career in 2018. His fee has been set at $1,250 with a discount to $1,000 if paid in full by January 1.

Ice On Fire
Ice On Fire will begin his stallion career in 2018. His fee has been set at $1,250 with a discount to $1,000 if paid in full by January 1.
Owned by Robert Crowell, the son of leading sire Corona Cartel was finalist in the Grade 3 Oklahoma Derby at Remington Park. He broke his maiden at Ruidoso Downs in a trial for the Grade 1 Rainbow Futurity.

Ice On Fire V's dam is the restricted Grade 2 winner Sixy Chamisa SI 104 ($350,095) by Sixes Royal. She won eight of 14 career starts including the New Mexico Classic Futurity [RG2], New Mexico Breeders' Futurity [RG2] and Sunburst Handicap. She was second in the SunRay Park Firecracker Stakes and third in the New Mexico Breeders' S. [RG2].
Sixy Chamisa was also a finalist in RG1 Shue Fly, RG1 Zia Futurity, RG1 New Mexico Fillies & Mares Championship.
