BREAUX BRIDGE, LA—APRIL 20, 2011—Robicheaux Ranch Inc. announced today their multiple grade 1 winner Swingin Jess' 2011 book is full.

"We would like to thank all the mare owners who brought an outstanding group of mares to Swingin Jess," Ryan Robicheaux, Farm Manager said Wednesday.

Swingin Jess won or placed in 12 of 18 career starts earning $426,653. The first three-time grade 1 winning son of leading sire Mr Jess Perry won the Manor Downs Futurity(G1), Retama Park Futurity(G1) and Dash For Cash Derby(G1). He was also a finalist in the Texas Classic Futurity(G1), Longhorn Futurity(G2), Manor Downs Derby(G2) and Sam Houston Derby(G2).

His dam is the restricted grade 2 winner and three-time grade 1 producer Swingin Otoole ($53,914), by Jody O Toole. Winner of the TQHA Sire's Cup Futurity(RG2), she is the dam of 5 ROM winners including Rainbow QH Derby(G1) winner Swingin Daddyo ($705,778 to 3, 2010) and Firecracker Futurity(G1) winner Swingin N Ease ($131,365, at 2).

The second dam is the Special Effort mare Swingin Alive, dam of grade 1 Rainbow Futurity winner Swingin Val ($480,175), etc.

Swingin Jess' first crop will be available at the 2011 yearling sales.
