Recent Gillespie County Fair Sprint Classic winner TF Jess Doing Curls is entered in Saturday’s $20,000 Evangeline Downs Dash Stakes at Evangeline Downs.

TF Jess Doing Curls is a 3-year-old One Sweet Jess gelding owned and trained by Jorge Erik Rubio. TF Jess Doing Curls boasts a four-race win streak that includes a nose victory in the 250-yard, $20,000 Delta Dash Stakes at Delta Downs on June 1, and a three-quarter length win in the 250-yard, $20,000 Gillespie County Fair Sprint Classic at Fredericksburg, Texas, on August 24.

TF Jess Doing Curls drew post 4 and will be ridden by Humberto Vital.

John T. Sargent’s Party Wagon Train will be shortening in distance off of her three-quarter length victory in the 350-yard, $40,000 French Quarter Stakes for distaffers at Fair Grounds Racecourse on September 7. The 4-year-old daughter of thhe PYC Paint Your Wagon stallion BP Wagon Train will be making her first start at the 220-yard distance.

Party Wagon Train drew post 5 and will be ridden by Bobby Ransom for trainer Orlando Orozco.
