AURORA, CO–OCTOBER 15, 2024–Kali K and Yo Morning Delite are two of the 10 aged sprinters entered in Friday’s 350-yard, $20,300 Pen Pal Stakes at Arapahoe Park near Denver.

A 5-year-old daughter of One Fabulous Eagle trained by Alexander Orozco for owner Luis Marquez, Kali K made her official season debut with a wire-to-wire, one-length victory in the 400-yard, $27,000 Leo Beaudash Stakes at Arapahoe Park on September 28. The Colorado-bred mare and horse for the Arapahoe Park course has won 10 of her 15 races and has earned $143,169, and all 10 of her victories have come at Arapahoe.

Kali Ki drew post 10 and will be ridden by Valente Vorrath.

Yo Morning Delite will be making her first career start at Arapahoe Park. Trained by Zachary Quezada for owner Gerald F. Kaul, the homebred 4-year-old Brindis Por Cayenne gelding ships in from Wyoming, where he won three stakes this season, including the 400-yard, $100,000 Silks and Spurs Maturity at Energy Downs on June 23.

Yo Morning Delite drew post 2 and will be ridden by Jacob Cardenas.
