OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—MAY 30, 2025—A talented field of ten 3-year-old Quarter Horse fillies will line up Saturday night at Remington Park in the $300,900 Grade 2 Heritage Place Oaks, carded as Race 9 with a scheduled post time of 8:52 PM CT.

The 400-yard dash features some of the division’s rising stars, headlined by morning-line favorite Js Freightrain and second choice Rainbow of Diamonds.

Breaking from post position eight, Js Freightrain has been installed as the 5/2 morning-line favorite off a string of consistent efforts. The Oklahoma-bred filly is by world champion sire Freighttrain B and out of the Apollitical Jess mare As And Js.

Owned and bred by Alcala Ranch LLC, she is trained by Cesar Alcala and will be ridden by top pilot Juan Pulido.

This bay filly has shown versatility and finishing power in recent starts, stamping herself as a major contender in the Oaks. Js Freightrain enters the race off a three-race win streak that includes a 1-1/2 length trial victory in the second fastest qualifying time.

The second choice on the morning line at 4/1, Rainbow of Diamonds will break from post four after posting the fastest qualifying race in the May 11 trials.

Also an Oklahoma-bred, the daughter of champion sire Apollitical Blood out of Cc Seis by Tres Seis has been knocking on the door in stakes company. A finalist in the Grade 1 Heritage Place Futurity last year, she races in the colors of Valeriano Racing Stables LLC, is trained by Valeriano H. Rodriguez-Flores, and will have Francisco Calderon aboard.

Bred by Danny Joe Miller, Rainbow of Diamonds brings a combination of speed and consistency, and her connections are no strangers to big-race success at Remington Park.

The Heritage Place Oaks serves as a major stepping stone for sophomore fillies aiming for championship honors. With a hefty $300,900 purse on the line, the race has drawn a deep field featuring well-bred runners from notable programs including Gentry Farms, CH Horse Racing LLC, Rockin J Running Horses, and Wendy Lynne Ingersoll.

With a blend of proven stakes winners and emerging talent, Saturday’s renewal of the Heritage Place Oaks (G2) promises to be one of the highlights of the spring meet at Remington Park.
