The spotlight in race eight turns to the talented juveniles contesting the Grade 3 $75,000 Four Corners Futurity, where the ten fastest qualifiers from the April 24th trial heats return to battle at 350 yards. The futurity finalists are scheduled to load into the gate at approximately 4:10 PM as another exciting chapter unfolds for the young runners.

The colt dominated the final trial in gate-to-wire fashion, drawing away to score by an eye-catching two and a quarter length while securing the fastest qualifying time. The talented juvenile has already shown his class this season after also qualifying to the $354,000 Grade 2 West Texas Futurity, where he endured trouble shortly after the break.

He races for Tungsten Racing Partnership, who purchased the colt for $41,000 at the TQHA Yearling Sale. Conditioner Eric Valenzuela will saddle the standout juvenile from the far outside post ten with jockey Jose L. Enriquez named to ride.
