ALEXANDRIA, LA—MARCH 9, 2023—A regular meeting of the LQHBA Board of Directors will be conducted Thursday, March 23, 2023, in the "Club House" at Delta Downs in Vinton, Louisiana.

Set for 10 a.m. (CST) all LQHBA members and the public are invited but not required to attend. Lunch and snacks will be available.
