GRAND PRAIRIE, TX– APRIL 15, 2024–Please be aware that quarter horses are only permitted to train on non-race days after the break at Lone Star Park. If there is no break scheduled, they can train during the last hour that the track is open.

You can check the racing calendar by CLICKING HERE if you need to know on which days Lone Star Park is holding races. The racing season will commence on Thursday, April 18, and usually takes place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. However, there may be exceptions, so please make sure to check the calendar.

Training hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 am with a break at 7:55 am on every day except Mondays when they will be 6:00 am to 9:00 am with no break.

The 2024 Quarter Horse Season starts on September 6 and runs through November 16. Please attend the races.
