VINTON, LA--May 17, 2022--Richard Lopez's Catch Me One Tee, a gelded son of Tee Cos and the fastest qualifier, drew post 4 for Friday's 350-yard, $89,425 Old South Derby at Delta Downs.

Catch Me One Tee made his season debut with a 1 1/2-length victory at odds of 13-1 in the first of three Old South Derby trials on April 29. An earner of $12,475 from eight races, the gelding will be ridden by Juan F. Garcia Jr. for trainer Pedro Lopez.

Other contenders include Shesa Knockoutcartel, a homebred Five Bar Cartel filly trained by Martin Trejo for owner BM AQ Racing LLC. Shesa Knockoutcartel has banked $66,500 from eight outs -- all in Louisiana -- and her three wins include a 1 1/4-length score in last year''s 350-yard, $75,000 Louisiana Juvenile Stakes (R) for state-bred 2-year-olds at Delta Downs.

Shesa Knockoutcartel drew post 5 and will be ridden by Everardo Rodriguez.
