BLANCO, TX—JANUARY 5, 2020—According to an article published last week in TRACK Magazine's Monday Report, AQHA Racing's Champion Flash And Roll has been repurchased by her breeder Julianna Hawn Holt.

Holt bought the filly from Scott Bryant who paid $200,000 for the 2018 Champion 2-Year-Old filly in the 2017 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale. Campaigned by Bryant and trained by Michael and Justin Joiner, the daughter of champion sire First Moonflash won 10 of 14 career starts and banked $1,710, 718 in two seasons at the track.

She won the 2019 Grade 1 Los Alamitos Super Derby and the 2018 Grade 1 Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity and Grade 1 Golden State Million Futurity. She was also a finalist in the Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity(G1), Grade 1 All American Derby and Grade 1 Champion of Champions.

"We’re bringing the filly home," Bennie Greathouse manager of Holt's Cross Triangle Ranch, told TRACK’s Ben Hudson on December 24. "We’re really pleased to have her back here with us."

The multiple Grade 1 winning filly is out of the AQHA Racing Champion mare Stylish Jess BR, by Feature Mr Jess.
