Granada Farms releases its 2024 stallions fees today.

WHEELOCK, TX–SEPTEMBER 28, 2023–Granada Farms has announced stud fees for its roster of 13 stallions set to stand at the Wheelock, Texas based farm for the upcoming 2024 breeding season, led by champion sire One Famous Eagle who will stand for $15,000.

As he surpassed $37 million in earnings earlier this year, One Famous Eagle has sired 532 winners, 174 black type (19%) with average earnings of more than $40,600 in 13 crops to reach racing age.

Property of a syndicate One Famous Eagle will be standing his first year at Granada.

His top performers include World Champion One Dashing Eagle  (6 wins at 2, $2,079,065 All American Futurity-G1, Golden State Million Futurity-G1, Ed Burke Million Futurity-G1, etc.), two-time champion Imperial Eagle SI 106 All American Futurity-G1, Southwest Juvenile Championship S.-G1, etc.), Fly Baby Fly SI96 (3 wins to 3, $1,813,957 All American Futurity-G1, etc.), two-time champion Hotstepper SI 98 (7 wins to 5, $1,336,359 All American Derby-G1, Texas Classic Derby-G1, etc.), world champion Bodacious Eagle SI 104 (14 wins to 6, $1,293,444 Champion of Champions S.-G1, Texas Classic Derby-G1, etc.), One Fabulous Eagle SI 97 (5 wins to 3, $664,547 Corona Cartel Invitational Derby [R] , 2nd-All American Futurity-G1, etc.), champion Eagles Fly Higher SI 114 (9 wins to 5, $623,821 Sooner State S.-G1, etc.), champion Hes Relentless SI 107 (8 wins to 3, $616,380 Hobbs American Derby-G3, etc.), etc.

Leading sire Tempting Dash, with more than $16 million in progeny earnings and average earnings per starer over $28,300, will remain $10,000 for 2024.

His top performers include two-time Champion Kiss My Hocks SI 109 (9 wins to 3, $1,199,385 Ruidoso QH Futurity-G1, Rainbow Derby-G1, etc.), Aint She Tempting SI 97 (5 wins to 3, $727,427 Oklahoma Futurity-G2, Golden State Derby-G2, etc.),  Hotsempting SI 99 (7 wins to 4, $682,793 Ruidoso Quarter Horse Derby-G1, etc.), Lovethewayyoulie SI 96 (2 wins to 2, $456,472 Heritage Place Futurity-G1, etc.), etc.

Granada Farms recently announced it will be standing champion Cyber Attack, a multiple grade 1 winning millionaire son of Favorite Cartel, as a new addition to the roster (see related story). His fee has been set at $7,500.

Two-time champion Ec Jet One's fee will remain $5,000. With limited starter in four crops to race he has sired $1.8 million in earnings and over $22,200 average earnings per starters.

Another new addition for 2024 is Grade 1 Rainbow Futurity winner Eye On The Card SI 104 (6 wins, $642,795).  The son of multiple stakes sire Docs Best Card will stand his first season for $3,500 (see related story).

The 2022 leading first-crop sire of stakes winners, This Is An Eagle SI 103 ($316,350), will remain at $2,000 for the 2024 breeding season. From limited starters in two crops to race, the Grade 2 winning son of leading sire One Famous Eagle has sired earners of nearly $1 million and average earnings per starter over $18,900.

The #2 leading-first-crop sire of money earners, Hawkeye  SI 105 ($194,69), will remain $1,500 in 2024. The grade 2 winning son of world champion One Dashing Eagle has sired 13 winners from limited starters in his first crop to race.

With average earnings per starter of over $9,600 his top performers include TQHA Sires' Cup Futurity(RG2) thrid-place finisher Sammy Joe SI 101 (winner at 2, $36,563), TQHA Sale Futurity-RG1 fianlist Hollywoode SI 97 (winner at 2, $35,060), etc.

Multiple graded stakes sire Dealagame's fee will remain $1,000 in 2024. In 10 crops to race the son of Game Patriot has sired 52 winners, 14% black type, earners of over $2.1 million and average earnings per starter of $21,400.
