A medication violation records update has been made on Equibase for a stakes race held in Texas.

DALLAS, TX—JUNE 12, 2024—The Utah Horse Racing Commission filed a recent ruling for a 2024 Stakes race that required a disqualification due to a medication positive.

Imma Hitman has been disqualified from 3rd place in the Hadley/Giles Futurity held on May 19, 2024, due to a medication violation for Triamcinolone Acetonide, a Class 4/C substance.  Isidro Treto was the trainer.

Imma Hitman, a son of Bp Wagon Train owned by Maria Treto, was moved to ninth, and Stanley Dale, a gelding by Jess Good Candy, was moved to third.

The official order of finish for the Hadley/Giles Futurity is Ojd Jess, Eg Secret, Stanley Dale, Sweet Racy, Rj Spicer, Moonys Lil Flicka, Emyrson, Famous Prizes and Imma Hitman.

Equibase has received the rulings and updated its records.
