Medication violation records updates have been made on Equibase for stakes race held in Idaho.

DALLAS, TX—JULY 24, 2024—A recent ruling was filed by the Idaho State Racing Commission for 2024 Stakes races that required disqualifications due to medication positives.

Cosmic Marfa was disqualified from first in the Roche Equine Veterinary Services Futurity on June 16, 2024, due to a medication violation for Albuterol, a Class 3/A substance. Abel Romero was the trainer.

Aint Shee Something has been disqualified from 2nd place, Idaho Jess has been disqualified from 6th place, and Paint Me Mo Famous has been disqualified from 7th place in the Roche Equine Veterinary Services Futurity held on June 16, 2024, due to a medication violation for Albuterol, a Class 3/A substance. Ramiro Fregoso was the trainer.

The official order of finish for the Roche Equine Veterinary Services Futurity is ME Mitzy, Hesa Handsome Prinze, M E Verystablegenius, and Orange Vodka. Cosmic Marfa, Aint Shee Something, Idaho Jess and Paint Me Mo Famous did not place did not place due to being ineligible. According to the Idaho Racing Commission, This Guys Lil Rebel, M E Closing Time, Imperiel Princess, and More About Larry will move up from the qualifiers list and split the fifth through eighth place monies equally.

The Prize-Winning Chick was disqualified from 8th place in the Idaho Cup Futurity held on May 18, 2024, due to a medication violation for Albuterol, a Class 3/A substance.  Ramiro Fregoso was the trainer.

The official order of finish for the Idaho Cup Futurity is Luv Ya, Hesa Handsome Prinze, Good Bet, Idaho Jess, Master Pyc, M E Flying, Eye Am Unique, M E Mitzy and Sheknowsshesmokn. Prize Winning Chick did not place due to being ineligible.

Makin Chicks Move has been disqualified from 7th place in the Idaho Cup Derby held on May 18, 2024, due to a medication violation for Albuterol, a Class 3/A substance.  Ramiro Fregoso was the trainer.

The official order of finish for the Idaho Cup Derby is Walking Thru, Js Night Moves, M E Ettago Relent, Rtm My Turn, Bw Just A Ruger, Fire For Daddy, Special Candy, Lc Iona Cartel and Streakin Black. Makin Chicks Move did not place due to being ineligible.
