Sam Houston Futurity and Derby nominations blanks are now available.

HOUSTON, TX–OCTOBER 10, 2024–Nomination forms for the 2025 Grade 2 Sam Houston Futurity and the 2025 Grade 3 Sam Houston Derby are now available.

The $150,000-added  Sam Houston Futurity(G2) trials are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, May 23-24, at a distance of 350 yards. The final The final will be contested on Saturday, June 14.

Foals of 2023 must be nominated for a fee of $150 by December 15, 2024.

The $100,000-added  Sam Houston Derby(G3) trials are scheduled for Thursday, May 22, at a distance of 400 yards. The final The final will be contested on Saturday, June 14.

Foals of 2022 must be nominated for a fee of $150 by December 15, 2024.
