Los Alamitos will host the 2024 PCQHRA Awards Show via webcast on Sunday, June 22 at 5:00 PM (EST).

LOS ALAMITOS, CA–JUNE 21, 2025–The Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Racing Association will announce its champions and recognize its award winners for the 2024 racing year with a special webcast show premiering on Sunday, June 22 at 5 p.m. (Pacific).

The webcast will air on the Los Alamitos Race Course YouTube channel, and the link is available HERE and at LosAlamitos.com. The PCQHRA Awards show will be accessible on demand following its premiere airing on YouTube. 

The one-hour show will be hosted by Michael Wrona and highlighted by the 2024 PCQHRA Horse of the Year announcements and the prestigious Frank Vessels Sr. Memorial Award presented in recognition of major contributions to the sport of Quarter Horse racing in California.

Divisional racing honors in nine different categories will also be announced. Special recognition awards for breeders, owners, horses, trainers, jockeys, and industry leaders in both the Quarter Horse and 1,000-Yard division at Los Alamitos Race Course for 2024 will also be announced.
