RUIDOSO, NM—SEPTEMBER 1, 2025—StallioneSearch.com continues its webcast coverage of the All American Weekend from Ruidoso Downs, highlighted by the running of the $3 million All American Futurity (G1), $1,077,461 All American Derby (G1), and $700,898 All American Oaks (G1).

In this episode, StallioneSearch was on hand to capture the 2025 running of the $3 million All American Futurity (G1) at The Downs in Albuquerque. A talented field of nine went to post to contest the classic 440-yard distance, headlined by Political Twist, winner of the $1 million Ruidoso Futurity (G1) earlier this summer.

Covering the 440 yards in 21.217 seconds over a fast track, fastest qualifier King Of The Tide earned a 97 speed index and edged out heavy favorite Political Twist by a neck under an 8 mph crosswind.

The victory continued the Wood family’s remarkable legacy in the sport’s richest race, as trainer S. “Trey” Wood became the third generation to saddle an All American Futurity (G1) winner. His father, Blane Wood, trained past winners Apocalyptical Jess and Whistle Stop Café, while his grandfather Leo Wood captured the prestigious Labor Day event in 1979 with Pie In The Sky.
