OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—OCTOBER 24, 2025—Heritage Place officials remind prospective buyers that online bidding registration for the 2025 Heritage Place 48th annual Fall Mixed Sale will close Tuesday, October 28 at 5 p.m. (CST).

The three-day sale will be held October 30–31 and November 1 at Heritage Place in Oklahoma City, featuring a wide selection of Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred consignments, including yearlings, broodmares, stallions, and race prospects.

Those planning to participate via online bidding must complete registration before the Tuesday deadline to ensure approval and access during the sale. Once registration closes, no new online bidding accounts will be approved.

Registered bidders can view the full online catalog, place bids, and follow the sale in real time through Heritage Place’s official online bidding platform.

To avoid last-minute complications, sales officials encourage all participants to verify their login credentials and test connectivity before the sale.
