Rtm Ginsburg Remains Undefeated for 2024 After Winning the $20,000 Idaho Bred Maturity

POCATELLO, ID–JULY 26, 2024–Heavy favorite Rtm Ginsburg doesn't disappoint with his fourth consecutive victory this season in the $20,000 Idaho Bred Maturity at Pocatello Downs on Friday.

Mark Hanson saddled jockey Guillermo Suarez aboard Rtm Ginsburg for the 440-yard distance. The four-year-old gelding clocked a 93 speed index in :21.734 for an impressive 1 1/2-length gate-to-wire victory over Carlo Rossi and jockey Jesus Valenzuela. Shes A Lethal One followed for third under the guidance of Eric Ayala.

Trainer Mark Hanson sent Rtm Ginsburg off at 1/1 odds, paying $4.00 to win on a $2.00 wager. The son of First Moonflash has five career victories from 14 starts, and the $10,400 winner's check increased his earnings to $33,440 for owner RTM Stables, LLC. RTM Ginsburg won the Pocatello Downs Overnight Spring Championship in May.

Susan Hanson bred Rtm Ginsburg in Idaho out of the Chickie Cherry Cola mare Rtm Say Your Prayers.

Runner-up Carlo Rossi has lit the board eight of nine starts with $15,898 in earnings for owner/trainer Jose Pulido. Lee Rodgers and Raymond McGee bred the three-year-old son of Mr Piloto in Idaho out of the Snowbound mare Lynda With A Y.

Trainer Dabid Romero saddled Shes A Lethal One for owners/breeders Jo Wheeler and Cinda Thomas. The three-time winning daughter of Lethal Corona has earned $11,348. The four-year-old filly is out of She Forged It by Forged.

Jess Yaya, ridden by Jesus Canales, placed fourth followed by Streakin Wes and jockey Raphael Romero in fifth.
