VINTON, LA–JULY 12, 2025–Rogue Fast Dash, a four-year-old sorrel filly by former leading sire Heza Fast Dash out of Miss Jess Rogue by Mr Jess Perry, proved best in Saturday night’s $50,000 Flashy Hemp Stakes for Accredited Louisiana Bred fillies and mares at Delta Downs.
Owned by Archie T. McKinnon and bred by Robicheaux Ranch/Triple M, Rogue Fast Dash surged in the final strides under jockey Juan Garcia Jr. to win by 1¼ lengths, stopping the clock in 16.792 seconds for 330 yards over a fast track.
Her effort earned a 92 speed index with no wind recorded. Trained by Ismael Solis-Guevara, the filly picked up $30,000 for the victory, adding to her credentials as a $105,000 LQHBA Yearling Sale purchase in 2022.

This was the first career stakes victory for the 5-time winner. A finalist in the LQHBA Million Futurity(RG1) and the Lee Berwick Futurity(RG1) at 2, she has banked $161,457.
Too Jealous, a 7-year-old sorrel mare by Azoom Me Too out of Deadly Jezabel by Heza Fast Dash, closed well under Donell Blake to get second for owner-breeder Geral Dewitt and trainer Anthony Arey. She banked $10,000 for the runner-up effort bringing her career total to $70,705.
Third went to Yoda, a 3-year-old filly by Dominyun out of Jedi Cartel by Corona Cartel, bred by Kirt B. Chaisson and owned by Bet On The King LLC. Ridden by Jorge Garcia for trainer Ernesto Gonzalez, the 2023 LQHBA Yearling Sale $8,500 purchase earned $5,500 while finishing just a nose behind the runner-up. She is a multiple stakes-placed earner of $47,315.
Rogue Fast Dash returned $8.00 to win, $3.80 to place, and $3.00 to show. Too Jealous paid $16.00 and $6.40, while Yoda paid $4.00 to show.
All About Rogue ran fourth, Featured Prospect finished fifth, and Venus Tlc checked in sixth. Corona Blue Estrella, Jrs Sheza Corona, and San Lorenzo Princess were scratched.
