ALBUQUERQUE, NM–SEPTEMBER 1, 2025–Dream Fulfilled returned to the winner’s circle for the first time since his maiden score as a juvenile, powering home to capture the $100,000 All American Quarter Horse Invitational Stakes on Monday at The Downs at Albuquerque.
The Ricardo Armendariz, Jr. trained colt stopped the clock in 21.242 seconds for 440 yards, earning a 96 speed index in the gate-to-wire victory. Guided by jockey Jesse Levario, the son of Flying Cowboy 123 surged from the gates and held firm to the wire, fending off Curls Magic Wagon by a half-length.
The victory was worth $42,000, boosting his career bankroll to $60,690 from seven starts, including two wins, two seconds, and one third.
A Dream Fulfilled was a $75,000 purchase at the 2023 Ruidoso Yearling Sale. The sorrel colt out of Answer the Dream, by Tres Seis, is owned by Noel Rivera and was bred in Oklahoma by J. Garvan Kelly and J. Lloyd Yother.

Curls Magic Wagon, a homebred son of Pyc Paint Your Wagon for Martin Stacy, finished second under Ali Rivera. The colt is out of Eye a Spit Curl Girl, by Spit Curl Jess, and is trained by John Stinebaugh.
Already a graded stakes-placed runner this year, he added another strong effort to his record of four wins, two seconds, and three thirds from 13 starts, with earnings of $260,868. He placed second in this year’s Mr Master Bug Stakes-G3 and fourth in the Heritage Place Derby-G2.
Mister Lights Out, ridden by Jacob Enriquez, closed well from mid-pack to finish third, just a head behind the runner-up. Clinton Crawford trains the Texas-bred gelding by The Marfa Lights for owners Randy Coleman, Gary Willingham, and Ross Roark.
He was bred by Coleman/Willingham/Roark from the Tres Seis mare Tres Copauino. Still seeking his maiden win, this was his first on-the-board finish in six career outs. He was a $35,000 repurchase at the 2023 Heritage Place Yearling Sale.
The order of finish was completed by Autamatic, Daou, Aj Fast and Furious, First Cartel Powwer, Threeanswered Dreams, Brown Coffeee, and Klass Action.
