Y O At A Glance, under jockey Jarred Journet, posted the fastest time for the $50,000-added WY Bred Futurity at Energy Downs 307 Racing on Saturday.

GILLETTE, WY—JUNE 15, 2024—BHS Futurity finalist Y O At A Glance scored his second career win in three starts on Saturday while posting the fastest qualifying time for the WY Bred QH Futurity at Energy Downs 307 Racing.

The 10 fastest qualifiers from the six trial races contested today will return to the Wyoming racetrack on Saturday, June 29th, to vie for the winner's share of a $50,000-added purse going 300 yards.

Y O At A Glance broke best in the fourth trial under jockey Jarred Journet, then edged to a one-length victory to post the top qualifying time of 15.815 seconds into a 13 mph headwind.

Jess Matt conditions the Wyoming-bred son of Fiftyshadezofgrey for owner-breeder Gerald F. Kaul. Fourth in the BHS Futurity, in his last start on May 19, Y O At A Glance is out of the Brindis Por Cayenne mare Barley A Secret.

Chase This Creek was a neck winner in the opening trial for owners Bud Pendleton and Toni Pendleton to set the second fastest clocking of 15.845 seconds into an 8 mph headwind.

Kylie Valenzuela named jockey Noe Garcia to ride the Wyoming homebred son of multiple stakes sire Conn Creek. It was the first win in two starts for the bay gelding out of Leading The Chase by Chase This Leader.
