FARMINGTON, NM–MAY 16, 2026– Second-fastest qualifier Royal Dynasty MRB surged to her first stakes victory Saturday afternoon at SunRay Park when the filly captured the $238,363 New Mexico Breeders Futurity under jockey Luis Martinez.

Bred by Jaime Cervantes, Big Ted is sired by Grade 1 winner TF Im That Guy, a young sire whose progeny have earned more than $1.3 million. He is out of the Heza Motor Scooter mare Shez Jessa Scooter and now sports a 5-2-1-1 record with earnings of $80,404.
The gelding was previously third in the Grade 2 New Mexican Spring Futurity earlier this month and remains in search of his first stakes victory.
Perrys Alibi completed the trifecta under jockey Jaime Leos for owner Upper Valley Racing Partners LLC and trainer David Gomez Barraza. The gelding finished willingly throughout for third while posting a :17.413 clocking and 92 speed index.
