SHAKOPEE, MN–JULY 23, 2026–Ridden by Armando Alvidrez, Relentless Legacy captured the $29,250 Bob Morehouse Stakes at Canterbury Park on July 23 with a half-length victory in a time of :18.221 for a speed index of 83 over a fast track.

The bay gelding is owned by Tom Maher and trained by Jason Olmstead. Bred by Donald J. Friesen, he is sired by Hes Relentless and out of the Streakin La Jolla mare Legacys A Streakin. The $14,625 winner's share increased the seven-year-old's career record to 31 starts with 12 wins, five seconds, three thirds, and earnings of $199,431.

A multiple stakes winner, he successfully defended his title in the Bob Morehouse Stakes after previous victories in the Cash Caravan Stakes (twice) and North Star State Derby.

Austin Reed's Thirty Four Below finished second under Mauro Rodriguez for trainer Haley Hobbs. Bred by Terry Reed, the four-year-old filly is by Winners Version and out of the Bully Bullion mare Whereshesupposedtobe.

She now owns a record of 15-1-6-0 with earnings of $39,131. Still seeking her first stakes victory, she was a finalist in last year's North Star Derby and Minnesota Derby.

L Gallito finished third under Fernando Fonseca-Soto for owner and trainer Haley Hobbs. Bred by Jacqueline Moreno, the six-year-old gelding is by Royal Quick Dash and out of the I Want It Now mare I Want It Now.

He improved his record to 33-3-5-3 with earnings of $72,343. Still searching for his first stakes score, he previously finished second in the Minnesota Derby.
