"Bubba" Cascio, one of the most influential horsemen in the history of Quarter Horse racing. Recorded prior to his passing in 2022, Episode 71 offers listeners the opportunity to hear Cascio reflect on his remarkable career and the horses that helped shape the sport.

A member of the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame, Cascio trained some of the greatest runners in Quarter Horse racing history, including World Champion and legendary sire Dash For Cash, as well as All American Futurity winners Three Oh's and Rocket Wrangler. His impact on the industry continues to be felt through the generations of horses and horsemen he influenced.

During the conversation, Cascio shares stories from his decades on the racetrack, discusses the evolution of Quarter Horse racing, and reflects on the trainers, owners, jockeys, and horses that defined an extraordinary career.

Co-hosts Greg Thompson and Bailey Ivey recap the recent Zia Futurity (RG1) and Zia Derby (RG2) at Albuquerque before turning their attention to one of the biggest weekends on the Texas Quarter Horse racing calendar.
